rearranging my office in such a
manner as to ergonomically correct
my seating which has helped relieve
the discomfort in my weak arm.
As an author I rely heavily
on my research when writing my
novels and the filing system you
created has made life much easier
for me. I would never have thought
to align my work habits with my

was such a pleasure to have Cynthia

transferred to our daughter.
